Welcome to Hot Yoga Pocono, where we believe that transformation begins the moment you step on the mat. We are more than a yoga studio — we are a supportive community where people of all backgrounds come to strengthen their bodies, clear their minds, and reconnect with themselves.

At Hot Yoga Pocono, our dedicated team is ready to support you with enthusiasm, insight and compassion. We offer a variety practices including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, and sound, cultivating an environment for strength, tranquility, personal growth.
Classes Highlights
Hot Yoga
Classic 90-minute sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Build strength, balance, and focus.
Warm Flow
A breath-to-movement class in a gently heated room. Great for improving flexibility, flow, and body awareness.
Hot Tai-Chi/Qigong
Slow-paced, meditative class with long-held stretches. Targets connective tissues and promotes deep release.
Power Flow
Dynamic and challenging. Expect a fast-paced sequence designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence.
Hot Pilates
Pilates strengthens muscles and improves flexibility. It enhances core strength for stability and suits all fitness levels.

1 / Hydrate
Be sure to hydrate by drinking plenty of water before class.
2 / Dress smart
Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothes (shorts/leggings and a fitted top work best).
3 / Arrive early
Come 10–15 minutes before class to get settled.
4 / Bring the essentials
Bring the essentials: yoga mat, large towel (you’ll sweat), small hand towel, and a refillable water bottle.
5 / Eat light
Give yourself 1–2 hours after a meal before class.
6 / Honor your pace
It's okay to rest. Everyone was new once.

Please read carefully before attending any classes at Hot Yoga Pocono.
By participating in yoga classes, workshops, or any related activities offered by Hot Yoga Pocono, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Health Acknowledgement
I understand that yoga includes physical movement and exercise, which may involve a risk of injury. I confirm that:

I am physically fit to participate.

I have consulted with a physician if I have any medical conditions or concerns.

I will inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations before class.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in classes conducted in a heated room, which may reach temperatures up to 105°F (40°C). I understand and accept all risks associated with hot yoga, including but not limited to:

Dehydration

Dizziness or nausea

Muscle strain or injury
3. Waiver of Liability
I release Hot Yoga Pocono, its owners, staff, and instructors from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may arise from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Personal Responsibility
I will listen to my body and rest when needed. I take full responsibility for my health and well-being during classes and acknowledge that participation is at my own risk.
5. Consent & Agreement
