Classic 90-minute sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Build strength, balance, and focus.

Warm Flow

A breath-to-movement class in a gently heated room. Great for improving flexibility, flow, and body awareness.

What to Expect as a New Student

We’re so glad you’re here! Here's everything you need to know to get started:
Hydrate

Drink plenty of water before class.

Dress smart

Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothes (shorts/leggings and a fitted top work best).

Arrive early

Come 10–15 minutes before class to get settled.

Bring the essentials

Bring the essentials: yoga mat, large towel (you’ll sweat), small hand towel, and a refillable water bottle.

Eat light

Give yourself 1–2 hours after a meal before class.

Honor your pace

It's okay to rest. Everyone was new once.
