Drink plenty of water before class.
Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothes (shorts/leggings and a fitted top work best).
Come 10–15 minutes before class to get settled.
Bring the essentials: yoga mat, large towel (you’ll sweat), small hand towel, and a refillable water bottle.
Give yourself 1–2 hours after a meal before class.
